Thanks to donations from expatriates and philanthropists in Turkey, boots and coats were purchased from local shops and distributed to 45 students attending schools in Bingöl's city center.

Cahit Ataş, President of Help Yetim, shared with AA reporters that these efforts were part of their Winter Assistance Project, supported by donors from both Europe and Turkey.

Ataş mentioned that similar help had been provided to students in Haymana, Ankara, and Cizre, Şırnak, with more aid planned for Diyarbakır the following day.
