If your address is registered in our system, we will send you a donation receipt for your contribution to the fundraiser upon request. Please note that this may not apply to all fundraising campaigns.

Donation receipts are sent automatically by mid-February of the following year. If you need your receipt sooner, please feel free to request it by calling us at 0221 - 96 67 32 61 or emailing us at spende@helpyetim.eu.

Absolutely! You can join our volunteer team by filling out the volunteer form or by reaching out to us through our contact details. We'd be happy to have you participate in our activities.

With the power of attorney granted to Help Yetim EU by our generous donors, we purchase animals that meet the criteria for sacrifice. These animals are slaughtered on the first day of the holiday, following Islamic procedures and rules. The slaughtering is completed within the first three days of the holiday, and the meat is distributed equally to needy families and orphanages.

Our dedicated volunteers and staff in Africa will ensure that your sacrifice is properly carried out in various countries. We will send you a video of the slaughter via WhatsApp or email, so you can be assured that your trust has been honored.

To grant a power of attorney for the sacrifice, any form of communication, intention, or action is sufficient. If you wish to appoint us verbally, you can call us at +49 221 96 67 32 61. For donations made via bank transfer or online, the Help Yetim EU team will contact you to confirm your power of attorney for the sacrifice.

You can donate in three ways: 1. The quickest option is to donate online through our website in just a few minutes. 2. You can send your donation via bank transfer to Help Yetim EU’s account. 3. Alternatively, you can deliver your donation in person.

It is not possible to select a specific country for your sacrifice. Help Yetim EU will conduct the slaughter in one of the five designated regions: Asia, Africa, Yemen, Türkiye-Balkans, and Palestine.
